Terms of service

1. General

Retrobid.se is operated by Retroverket AB, corporate identity number (org.nr) 559305-8356. By registering an account and participating in auctions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Registration

To place bids, you must register an account. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate and for all activity that occurs through your account.

3. Bidding and Purchase

All bids are legally binding and cannot be withdrawn. When an auction concludes and you hold the highest bid, a binding purchase agreement for the item is entered into.

4. Items and Condition

All items are sold in “as-is” condition. Items are often pre-owned and may exhibit wear, minor damage, or other age-related traces. Descriptions and images are for guidance purposes only.

5. Payment

Payment must be made within a few days after the auction has concluded. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of the purchase.

6. Delivery

Information regarding shipping or pickup is specified in each respective auction. Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees for deliveries outside of Sweden.

7. Right of Withdrawal

For purchases via Retrobid.se, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable law (The Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act). The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Complaints

If an item deviates significantly from the description, you have the right to file a complaint (reklamation). Complaints must be filed as soon as the defect is discovered.

9. Use of Service

Retrobid reserves the right to suspend users who fail to comply with these terms or fail to complete their purchases.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
