Payment and delivery
What payment methods do you offer?

Can I refund a purchase?
No, a winning bid is a binding bid in our digital service, which means that you generally always need to pay for the item without any chance of return.
How long delivery time can I expect?
It varies depending on where you live and how large the order is, but within Sweden you can expect to receive your order within a week. Within the rest of EU, oftentimes 4-12 days. For more information, please read our shipping policy.
Auction and bidding
How does the bidding work?
Bidding works by placing a bid, quickly and easily. Follow other bids being placed in real time and receive notifications via email. Each bid is time-limited and ends at the specified time and date. If you win the bid, you will pay for the item, either via card or invoice. After payment is completed, we will send the item to your home!
Is a winning bid binding?
Yes, if you win a bid, you will receive the item. If you want to follow a bidding without placing a bid first, you can click “Watch” on that auction.
Why do I need to have an account to bid?
We want to ensure that everyone who places a bid has a legitimate interest in participating in the auction. Furthermore, we need to be able to keep you informed about how the auction is progressing.
